The trans-Reddit platform went viral earlier this month when a transgender user Psychological_Dog527 shared, ‘I was feeling sad today so I asked Chat GPT to write a fake biblical passage about Jesus accepting trans people’ It read and, the output from Chat GPT was pro-LGBTQ+. The comforting AI-generated Bible verse read:
Non-Christians and Christians alike r/trans community seemed to agree with the spurious trans-affirming Bible verse.
The chatbot like many other large language model’s (LLM) limitations is its political bias. Chat GPT is considered a left-libertarian. Its continuous improvements however aim to alienate the biasness and make it neutral and sensitive to our current society. However, one bias is another one’s neutral in humans nature thereof getting rid of bias is nearly impossible.
